yes yes i know it has been like 3 months since ive last blogged I DONT CARE!!! it is nonetheless a big day for reese nation... this post is:

1. the first blog I make out of high school

2. the first blog I make on my new laptop

YES!! we are moving on up in the world. gone are the days of me typing up my posts on my little brothers laptop, which I was borrowing due to an open water bottle destroying my own (already in poor shape) laptop. I now have a brand new shiny MACBOOK which has changed my life. not just because it can text people or open up more than three tabs at a time, but because it can run Roblox

in my final weeks of high school, there were a lot of lasts. I took my last ap exam, I turned in my last assignment, I've given up the last of my ability to care about my grades. but in this desert of lasts, there exists one singular oasis. my first time playing Roblox dress to impress.

I am what you could consider a league city socialite... people are constantly battling for my time, of which I have little due to how many elegant parties I am expected to make an appearance at. such as:

Senior sendoff

if you know me you know i am a PROUD cockrell cub... however that was not an option for senior sendoff so i went to landolt. I also went to Brookside and we just walked around while all the elementary schoolers/middle schoolers clapped and cheered and whatever. the main thing senior sendoff did for me was remind me just how happy I am to be out of middle school. walking past the middle school girls, wielding the classic tween girl weapons of pointing and laughing, filled me with intense joy that, no matter what happens to me, I will NEVER be in 7th grade again. amen!

GRADUATION!!!!

YES!!! im going to be so for real i am not one of those people thats like super sad about school ending... i am looking forward to the future and yes i am sad i will not see some people but also i will meet so many more people that it is impossible for me to feel anything other than excitement. thoughts and prayers to all those that feel sad abt graduation... couldnt be me!

I WAS SO TIRED! playing games was fun until i hit a wall at around 3 am and started falling asleep in the main event. the only reason i stayed was for the raffle even tho it was totally rigged... i did end up winning a $25 olive garden gift card so im kinda super rich

when im not simming im kinda just hanging out with people... thats all a girl can do... i have driven around aimlessly and sat in enough parking lots for a lifetime

do not watch civil war. it is bad. flowery cinematography and good acting performances are unable to conceal the deadly flaw of the movie: IT MAKES NO SENSE.
do watch the departed. I watched this with my mom who, despite the violence, still enjoyed it... two thumbs up from me and my mom
challengers. I know it is the twitter movie of the month (featuring TWO white boys of the month) but i think this movie is deserving of that title. very good, inspired me to play tennis (i flopped)

my braces are off finally!!! so embarrassing to be 18 with braces. thank god that is over!!!
i went to the rothko chapel and tbh i was not expecting it to be like an actual church ?? call me crazy i thought it was gonna be a museum or smth but whatevs it was still a vibe i prayed in front of a barefoot dude
i want to get a piercing... i dont know when or how i will convince my parents to let me but trust it will happen soon...
im moving in my dorm aug 23rd... will i make a new post before then? maybe... (no)
once again i am trying to be on my phone less. i deleted tiktok and i miiiight delete twitter and maybe even instagram. probably not.
